When you’re trying to get out of debt, hopefully it’s not this ongoing process that seems to drag on with no end in sight.  In order to ensure that we get out of debt within in a definitive amount of time, there are guidelines to which we should adhere.  I don’t claim to know all of the rules; I just know that there’s gotta be some.  I plan on keeping those rules here.  This list is by no means set in stone; it will likely be revised time and again.  Hopefully with your help.
